      Pros

      It’s week 7 and the job’s delivering on every level; great colleagues and culture, superb clients, investment in our infrastructure, buildings and people. Yes, integrations can be tough, but as far as I can see the acquisition has bought together two fantastic businesses and retained the best of both. Glad I made the decision to join.

      Still looking... yet to find them. That said, I don't look for cons...

If you have any thoughts on improving the recruitment experience, the onboarding process, your first day, the induction programme etc then please do share with us. Either let your manager know, or speak to any of the leadership team or tell us via Peakon or at the Good to Great dinners.

      Pros

      Joining LHH Penna has been the best decision I have made in my career to date. I have learnt so much from the incredible talent that exists across the business and I'm constantly inspired when talking to the individuals we help all over the world. For me the culture and the people are what make this business so special and I feel lucky to work here.

      Cons

      Having recently gone through a transition (acquisition of the Penna business) times have been challenging with the clash of differing cultures and personalities. However the business and relationships across it are now stronger as a result.

      Great people to work with - we have a lot of fun and I enjoy the company of my colleagues, who share similar values and all strive to make this a great company to work for. There are a lot of benefits here - free yoga, healthy snacks, after work fun activities, Friday breakfasts, team meals out, football and netball teams. We even went to Centre Parks for our Christmas conference. The leadership team and CEO are very well respected and are working very hard to drive our business to success this year. I understand their strategy for the year, and feel confident that they will share strategies for the coming years with the business. There is training on offer for staff to take advantage of and continuous development for teams.

      Cons

      There has been some change recently which is difficult for all,but I am confident that we will come through this with a very strong, dedicated and engaged team to focus on 2017.
