Business Outlook
Pros
Plenty of smart, talented coworkers. They do RRSP matching and have a DPSP. Good clients with challenging projects. Some really good thought leadership work going on.
Cons
Lots of current frustration with the focus on top line/bottom line versus quality delivery. Strong sense that your experience will depend on how politically astute your leader is. No real perks- no car insurance discounts, gym discounts, etc Could definitely invest in more resources (especially delivery staff). Many people say they don't really pay out the education stipend and/or are cheap about it
