After a lot of change, I think we are all starting to see the way forward. I can understand why there are some negative reviews too because a lot of people's noses were put out of joint during our integration but I think we've come out the other side in a better place. The values of our business are being lived. We are closer to our clients than ever before, I feel that the company really does care about my engagement and overall I think I'm very well rewarded for everything I do.

Cons

We work at a very fast pace and sometimes I think we need to focus on less projects than trying to do much.

We read every comment provided in the employee engagement surveys and look at the results and suggestions at our monthly leadership team meetings and make sure we take action to address any concerns, ideas or suggestions that have been raised. As well as Peakon, we're also holding regular dinners which is another opportunity for everyone to let us know what we're doing well and what we need to improve on- whether that's for our clients, ourselves or our community. Keep an eye out for the invitations. Feedback is hugely important to us so we encourage everyone to speak to their manager or any member of the leadership team at any time as well as use the more structured opportunities we provide to have your say.
