      Pros

      LHH Penna is an inspiring place to work - I continue to be amazed by the passion and dedication of my colleagues who work here since joining last year. LHH Penna take great care of their staff, clients and candidates and are always looking for ways to improve and aid staff development - from renovating the London office to create a brilliant workspace to organising extra classes in the evening and continuously listening to staff feedback.

      I personally haven't experienced anything negative about LHH Penna.

      Pros

      Great family culture, nice people who are committed to working hard for their clients and each other. Global positioning now stronger than ever Quality and delivery hugely improved following Penna integration

      Cons

      Recent integration was well managed - but meant a lot of change for people to go through. Can feel like a whirlwind - but this is both fun and tiring!

      Great people who are passionate about their clients and the work they do to help organizations and individuals. Lots of new high potential hires starting to make the company more values based and progressive. Well positioned to for future growth in talent development.

      Cons

      Needs to improve the planning, development, and execution of new initiatives. Too many internal projects and tasks for corporate resources to support. Many long term employees that either don't have the desire to change or the capability to sell more than career transition services.
