I've watched this company crumble before my eyes. I used to be so proud to work here and I felt so internally motivated to succeed. The number of top-down changes and difficulties for IC's in the organization now are insurmountable. To have control of my mindset, I have to 100% tune out anything from upper management and avoid my direct "Managers" as much as possible. There is no true vision or leadership here. The organization has become reactive and makes huge changes with poor roll out every single time. The morale internally continues to fall while expectations rise. There are people crying at their desks in the last month that I've never seen get emotional on the job. I am thoroughly convinced most of these vague, positive Glassdoor reviews are from LHH leaders designed to look like IC's. I don't know ANYONE who works here who is happy about the state of things or where we are going - that's including folks across 7+ different markets. You can be successful in spite of what's happening internally but it'll be 100% because of your own business acumen and effoets - not because of any semblance of sales strategy support, quality marketing materials, recruiting moxy from your leader, or desire to develop you as a professional. I am actively steering folks clear who tell me they've applied to work here. I'm trying to get out - save yourself and just don't start here.
