Pros

Quick income while you look for another job

Cons

The training is an utter joke, resembling nothing more than a poorly designed video game. Welcome to "Ready Player One"! Their designated meeting space, dubbed the Metaverse, is a relic from the dark ages of gaming – think Atari circa 1983. Brace yourself for endless hours on camera with mic. While they boast about having Salesforce, any semblance of actual training is withheld until weeks after they've coerced you into making a mind-numbing 80 dials a day to leads that are dead, courtesy of our relentless spam calls. And just when you think it can't get any worse, the trainers start wielding termination threats if you fail to deliver CVs. Oh, and remember how they pitched this as a work-from-home gig? Surprise! You're actually expected to transform into an outside salesperson, a little detail conveniently omitted until you're knee-deep in the mess. And as if that's not enough, they have the audacity to discourage the use of Outlook for client emails because they get spam complaints.

Pros

Working from home is good at times

Cons

I used to like it here but in the last few months I've learned about some very toxic and cut throat ways from colleagues that will make it very difficult for non senior sales people to be successful. We are told to follow collaboration codes but many are going behind each other's back to cut other's out. It very hard to compete with other sales people whose been with the company for over 10 years and has a thriving book of business. As a new rep we are also expected to perform at those levels while having the weight of being fired any moment. Recruiting is not as cut and dry and they lose really great employees when add the additional stress. This place has become extremely toxic and very unfair to work with. Sales Executives and Executive Recruiters are calling the same contacts and confusing clients. Executive rescruiters are picking and choosing who the flip jobs to. Let's just say, no new rep is going to be successful if the company continue to operate the way they do.
