      Pros

      Lots of hugely talented people around the world who really believe in what they do. Staff and consultants work extremely hard to make a difference for their clients.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is very poor and salaries don't reflect the expertise, effort or energy that people contribute to the business. Talent progression is NOT at the forefront of this 'world-leading talent development business'. Collaboration across the countries is awful. Senior management has forgotten about the importance of people, focusing only on making a profit.

      Great family culture, nice people who are committed to working hard for their clients and each other. Global positioning now stronger than ever Quality and delivery hugely improved following Penna integration

      Cons

      Recent integration was well managed - but meant a lot of change for people to go through. Can feel like a whirlwind - but this is both fun and tiring!
