Good place to work - but room for improvement

Pros

Great culture and team both in the UK, EMEA and some amazing overseas staff. Good team mentality but sometimes this can be a little lost e.g. need to stick to your guns and not always compromise.

Cons

Still a bit US lead - but improving given the Knightsbridge and Penna acquisitions. Great client work and delivery - but sometimes can be a bit rushed.

Workplace environment is pretty much supportive of one another and staff is dedicated to candidates in service

Cons

Sr. Management too metrics driven, they don't seem to have a clue what makes a great place to work

Pros

There is some real talent within the business, particularly within the old Penna business which could be better utilised.

Cons

Inexperienced senior leaders trying to implement a 'work hard, play hard' culture which doesn't work. Clique at the top makes it feel like a boys club and promotions seem to be based on willingness to comply rather than experience and talent. Immature teams and management means the inevitable loss of clients.
