      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement quickly if your talent is recognised and appreciated. Climb the ladder and then get out.

      Cons

      Poor workplace technology causes a lot of time and efficiency wasted for employees - most is not fit for purpose and is being forced to fit for cost savings at the disadvantage of all employees. Some employees work ridiculously hard to make up for the shortcomings of many of their peers. Not all internal roles advertised effectively, so puts some truly qualified people at a disadvantage. Some managers are afraid of working hard along side their teams.

      We take pride in the support that we give to our employees and providing opportunities to help them build and grow their careers within LHH. We are transparent in our communication and all vacancies are clearly posted and open to everyone. We have worked hard to address some of the IT issues our colleagues have experienced and recent improvements have seen positive changes. A supportive team culture is an important value within LHH and so to is the ability to have open and honest dialogue with our colleagues and line managers to address any issues. This feedback plays an valuable part in creating a working culture that is inclusive and positive for everyone that works at LHH.
