      Lots of flexibilty goes with lots of work

      Pros

      Flexibility ( hours, days, remote, vacations, etc) Dynamic environnement with constant change Decisions go fast Small teams and not so many management layers Great mission Adecco group, with a vast internal training catalog, lots of discounts on several products & Services . Good pension fund. 5 vacation weeks.

      Cons

      Salary are below market Strategy & group structure Changes can be tiring and meaningless Some negative even toxic people or environement remain even after complains Too many communication channels Havy work load for small teams No longer a personalised approach, became very american / sausage factory style
