      Used to be a great company - so sad Adecco has destroyed it

      Pros

      The people continue to be the best thing about the company - hard working, smart and purpose driven - the company takes them for granted. JC is a great CEO of the UK business - they should have her run the whole company.

      Cons

      Endless reorganisation initiatives led by expensive bloated consulting teams and indecision from the new leader has destroyed this once great company. It’s sad to see what’s happened. So many great visionary leaders have left the global leadership team and what we’re left with are the corporate drones who only care about collecting their bonus. The Ezra ‘experiment’ continues to be an absolute joke - more and more money being plugged into an ego project that is yet to make any money.
