      Global firm; opportunity to help people at a challenging time in their career

      Cons

      They talk a good game ("we care about people"), but in real life, it's all about revenue and bashing the competition. Many longstanding employees have been treated poorly. Not the firm it used to be.

      Everyone understands a change needs to be made. If you are young, there is potential to move up in position if someone leaves. Most of the workforce is quite older.

      No innovation or willingness to change from up top Too much politics Meetings and meetings for no reason You stop caring very soon
