      Pros

      Great office culture where everyone supports one another, no office politics, the work is very rewarding and hard work is acknowledged. Management also recognises the importance of work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of collaboration & communication between functions, inefficiencies exist in a number of processes. At times, the focus on reducing costs seems to take precedence over providing quality services.

      Pros

      Work - life balance, great office - supportive and collaborative team environment, flexible working environment, no office politics, everyone eager to get the job done and to help those in need, the career transition candidates.

      Cons

      Not all the necessary tools provided to support role; eg no business credit card having to pay out of pocket first, lack of visibility to HR when first commencing with the company

      Pros

      Very good team mates that all come together as 1 family to help one another when in need of help ;)

      Cons

      We are a HR liked company but we do not have a HR person in ASIA to managed our employee benefits thus creating lots of ambiguity. To me, I feel its a shame representing LHH & be part of the big brand name. Have been too money minded that kept focusing on cost cutting. It's mean giving less to customers to save cost for the company.
