      -Team was nice -Was remote

      -Training is horrible -Turnover is large, they don’t help you with your territory at all -Expect instant results with little help - I am owed a ton of commission, but they are refusing to pay me what I am owed and worked for. - Not paid well

      only good thing about this job is that it is remote

      Management does not know how to manage. Training was bad. Horrible micro management. The system they use (O’Reily) is super outdated. You have to do four steps just to make one edit on an invoice. Also, if you come in through a recruiter, the manager will try to think of anything they can to get rid of you in the first 90 days, so they don’t have to pay the recruiter their fee.
