      Pros

      You can work and meet new and interesting people every day. Managers give to their employees a lot of autonomy and they are open for a new idea. In the same time if you need some support you just have to ask.

      Cons

      There is not to many option for a promotion. The structure is quite flat.

      Pros

      I love working with a company that is focused on helping people achieve their goals and even helping people define their goals. Not only people but companies as well. The business development side of the company is interesting and almost everyone in the company plays a part in it.

      Cons

      defined process are lacking, but there is some work going on to fix this. The company is growing rapidly and expanding their areas of service, so this is to be expected for a while. LHH has a strong team though so I am confident it will work successfully through the slight growing pains.
