Pros

Great meritocracy: work hard, create value, get results and be rewarded, certainly from a development and progression point of view. Truly global company, international outlook and terrific investment from Adecco who owns LHH - great also that Adecco allows LHH to manage its own affairs almost completely independently.

Cons

Remuneration could be better, as well as more thought and creativity into commission structures. Understand that sales people are about recognition (which costs nothing) not just the $$$ - shape incentives accordingly and at different levels across the company.

Pros

LHH is as much of a corporate environment as you're likely to get, this could be considered a con, however at least you know what you're going to get. Great brand to work for and awesome fun in the office. They look after their staff occasional excursions and meals out. It's a real family environment.

Cons

Much of the same as above, however there's the definite feeling that there's very little room for mistakes in certain areas. Other companies do have more competitive benefit packages. The line is about drawn at life insurance and private health.

Pros

A collaborative, supportive environment. Management allows you to run your own ship. All staff, in their own unique way, work towards the common goal - assisting individuals with their career development or transition. Work-life balance is good - hours, working from home, social activities... Fun, upbeat atmosphere. The office attitude is "say Yes and work it out afterwards" - which offers lots of opportunity for personal growth and exciting moments!

Cons

Nationally there is a lack of consistency in some areas, with individuals not looking at the "bigger picture" when making decisions. Constant change in the last 12 months has taken its toll on the team, we have great tools and resources to assist individuals with managing change - like a builder we need to work on our own house as well as our customer's. Professional development is sporadic - some roles have a lot, others have none at all. Culture is strong at a local level, though not much harmony at a national level.
