      Pros

      Exposure to Fortune 500 companies. Built skills in training and group facilitation.

      Cons

      Materials are dated and not kept up to date with the current employment atmosphere. There is no feedback on performance...if you are still working for them, you have to assume you are doing an ok job. That assumption may be mistaken however...I've seen colleagues called back for contracts who are known "poor performers", but they are TRAINED so are USED regardless of skill level. Makes the rest of us uncomfortable.

      LHH provides good service in all aspects of career management which includes career transition and leadership consulting. The strength of the company lies with the delivery arm

      Cons

      LHH senior management does not have a good grasp of what is going on in the trenches while setting unrealistic expectations which are micromanaged

      Pros

      We make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and relationships with our partner organizations. Good matters! LHH supports professional development and we have a say in our own careers. They advocate for diversity by walking the walk and are highly active across all diversity platforms. I work with smart people who know how to be a team both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      There is never enough time to get everything done. They are always improving technology and streamlining systems so sometimes it is hard to keep up.
