      Pros

      We make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and relationships with our partner organizations. Good matters! LHH supports professional development and we have a say in our own careers. They advocate for diversity by walking the walk and are highly active across all diversity platforms. I work with smart people who know how to be a team both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      There is never enough time to get everything done. They are always improving technology and streamlining systems so sometimes it is hard to keep up.

      Flexible schedule, great people to work with, ability to provide positive input for program improvement, freedom to research and provide clients with most appropriate and individualized options

      Lack of enough hours to support a family, no salary increases for years, lack of communiction with consultants, virtual employees are so isolated they never know what's happening in the organization
