      LHH helping those in their career transition and development

      Pros

      Work - life balance, great office - supportive and collaborative team environment, flexible working environment, no office politics, everyone eager to get the job done and to help those in need, the career transition candidates.

      Cons

      Not all the necessary tools provided to support role; eg no business credit card having to pay out of pocket first, lack of visibility to HR when first commencing with the company

      Pros

      Working alongside people who really believe in making a difference. Forward-looking business, lots of innovation. Executive team have stepped up and really listen to new ideas as well as investing time in further development of their people. Happy clients and happy candidates are the result.

      Cons

      Always lots to do with lots of urgent priorities. Would be good sometimes to be able to breathe a little and have space to think.

      Pros

      Most staff and affiliate coaches are dedicated and very knowledgeable in their field. Some offices have better integration and collaborations with the mother group Adecco which allow them to achieve cost effectiveness and cross selling functions to clients

      Cons

      LHH went downhill after acquisition of DBM. Thanks to DBM regional leader, most of LHH best practices were abandoned in Asia and many offices were forced to adopt low costs, apathetic responses to outplacement individuals while their former companies may not know LHH DBM really ripped off at them but offered very poor quality services. It is quite unethical.
