Opportunity to Train and work one-on-one work with professional level clients; opportunity to use creativity, judgment, especially when working in career centers, coaches are more mature than many college coaches and have more private sector experience than public or academic coaches

Cons

Most coaches are per diem and opportunities to become a regular associate are almost non-existent. full time, regular associates never leave.

As a part-time consultant, the LHH FT employees are great, culture is great, wonderful tools and resources, flexibility, work-life balance.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business, there are very few opportunities for consultants to go from part to full-time.
