      great co-workers, important work, management at our location supports employees

      Cons

      low pay, bonuses are not tied to company profitabilty and performance. The nature of the work is sometimes erratic: feast or famine!

      Pros

      LHH provided a flexible work schedule that allowed work and family life balance, which was important to me and my family.

      Cons

      Everyone was very supportive and enthusiastic of creative ideas to advance the business, but execution and accountability were mostly non-existent.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great to work with. I like the fact that we support each other. Have not been with the company very long but so far the flexibility of staff and managers is encouraging.

      Cons

      With the current economy, clients sometimes make unrealistic demands and because LHH management wants to help everyone it causes uncertainty on the role for new staff members.
