      Good Base Salary. Nice Trainers.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and they make everything much more complicated than needed. People quit constantly because they have no idea what is going on. They make you sit in 3 hour meetings then expect you to make 80 dials without even having direct dial on the crm, mine your own leads, and shadow other sales execs meetings.

      Its remote, that's pretty much it.

      Cons

      There is no Job security, they have recently outsourced a lot of their positions internationally. Even before this, they were big on layoffs. If you want Job security and competitive pay, do not work here. They keep restructuring their commissions policy. Company culture has sadly deteriorated in the last year.

      Nothing. Literally nothing. Salary is bad. People are liars. Culture is sickening.

      Job is nothing like how it is explained. Unbelievable KPI expectations. It's a massive scam. They say whatever they need to so you accept the job offer no matter how it might effect your life. Myself and many former employees gave up fantastic job offers because we were conned into taking this job and we all regretted it. Not one single person that started in NCT ( new colleague training) made it past 90 days. We all quit or got fired. They tell you they will have conversations with you about your work and if you're not performing and they don't, they just fire you out of the blue. Manipulative liars. VERY bad people.
