      Pros

      There were very little Pro’s other than being able to work full desk and make commission on both ends of recruitment and work with co workers to fill roles

      Cons

      Heavy KPI focus. Micro-Management, Work in a virtual office with your team. Call plans are tracked and monitored. Cold calls are done on camera, off mute and in front of managers and your team for multiple hours a day. Doesn’t matter how much money you make for the company, they only care about how the numbers look weekly. Not overall. And finally, very little diversity.
