Pros

The hybrid schedule is nice

Cons

Really disorganized, KPI's are raised without logic or reason. The manager in the office appears to have a drug problem based off of her erratic behavior.

Pros

LHH has a company that has gone through a lot of changes and transitions over the last few years. I’ve been here over 13 years and can truly say we have the right leaders and focus to bring us back the best of the best and greatness that we have known for so many years. I’m proud and excited to work here. In my role, I work cross functionally across practice areas and geographies, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredibly talented and mission-driven colleagues who are passionate about making a difference for clients and candidates alike. We foster a culture of transparency and continuous growth, you will see this in spades if you work hard and are dedicate to the craft. I’ve felt empowered to take initiative, lead with purpose, and contribute meaningfully over my tenure. The flexibility of working from hybrid/remote has also been a huge plus. As they say, if you love what you are doing it doesn’t really feel like work!!!

Cons

Not really a con but a reality, to produce at the top levels you work more than 40 hours a week. That works for me and my life but an expectation you need to understand.

Pros

Intensive training and great way to get involved in recruiting.

Cons

Super fast pace and a need to not only recruit, but also sales. The work week is expected to be well over 40 hours per week and specifically stated by the CEO. Very challenging to stay on top of KPIs and each team is vastly different making their "collaboration code" challenging.
