Pros

Career coaches (consultants) are knowledgeable about the workforce, resourceful, and supportive to their candidates and clients. Lovely, spacious office spaces for candidates to utilize. Fun and engaging career transition workshops. Networking opportunities are abundant. I have had so many intelligent fireside chats with the candidates and consultants. After working here, I now know how to successfully seek and achieve my goals. Non-discriminatory space. I always felt welcomed and my direct supervisor was the BEST thing that had ever happened to me. Very kind, warm, and willing to learn and bring me into the fold. Super accommodating, at times/when they could be. I learned a lot from listening to the candidates' career and personal life stories. They were quite open to teach and provide a glimmer of wisdom, especially for me in my youth, I take these gems with me as I go into the world. One thing I learned was to start saving your money now. And make time for personal time; don't overload yourself. Thank you, candidates! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed working for this company and wish I could have stayed with them longer but everything worked out for a reason and for that, I will be a better person. Grateful!

Cons

Growing pains with various moving parts. Always new ways of being and doing and this can get frustrating when management is trying to push new initiatives. I noticed that there is not much diversity in management. Not referring to the office I worked (San Francisco, California) and though there were a few Black and Latino consultants sprinkled through the offices in California, management could do better at recruiting talent. But, nevertheless, there was diversity of thought and experience which was greatly appreciated by all. I wish there was better pay for the CSCs who do a lot of groundwork to launch LHH's initiatives. Business places profits over its employees. I was underpaid for the amount of work that I was doing for the company. And this took a toll on my psyche and mood. I was not let go from my job because of work performance because I performed to the highest capacity. In fact, I elevated the role of CSC but I was not get them elevated dollars. No opportunity to grow in the company. Depends on your background though.

Pros

Great flexibility. You are allowed to work remote and meet with your clients off-sites

Cons

Don't feel a company atmosphere. Cost-cutting got into the need of what makes an operations great.
