      Pros

      Great experience working/coaching people in a job transition. Freedom and flexibility in how you structure your time.

      Cons

      Business model of how hours are calculated to assign "allowable" amount of time working is very confining and limiting. Management is incentivized to strictly enforce hours to an exact number for the coaches, and these hours are very minimal compared to the number of clients serviced - and the pay continues to be very low without any raises for what seems at least a decade.

      Company has unrealistic expectations of number of hours needed to adequately support job candidates. Coaches are overloaded with more candidates than the hours LHH will pay for. They expect you to work for free.
