Pros
Some flexibility to work from home if you have a good boss and are able to perform. Coaches frequently do not work full time which allows the possibility for a portfolio career
Cons
Compensation is an issue for all roles but especially for coaches The executive team says they value the great work done by coaches but their actions speak louder than words and this makes it difficult to attract and retain quality coaches The company does not invest in current marketing practices New players on the scene are taking away market share and LHH does not appear to be responding quickly enough to succeed in the long term
