      commission structure is terrible, corporate meetings are not focused on the field, training is minimal, tenured team does not help new colleagues seem to wait for them to fail, base salary is very low

      I love working at LHH! I have been working at this company for almost 4 years and I very grateful to work for such a strong organization. My job is fulfilling, my candidates and clients are great, and I have the best manager. Stefen Smith is the best manager I have ever had - he is very caring, helpful, and truly wants me to succeed! 10/10 would recommend working here!
