The management was nothing short of disorganized and suffocating. Micromanagement was rampant—every minor task was scrutinized to the point of frustration, leaving little room for autonomy or professional growth. Clear communication and support from leadership were virtually nonexistent. Instead of fostering a collaborative and trusting environment, management thrived on nitpicking and creating unnecessary pressure. Employee input was consistently disregarded, and morale took a significant hit as a result. If you’re seeking a role where innovation, respect, and personal development are valued, I suggest looking elsewhere.
