Pros

LINE have good benefits and perks. The product itself have challenges to do so you will learn a lot from here. Good cultures and work-life balance

Cons

The management was not good for me, the leader can’t give a good career path, and I need to work it out by myself. Maybe not all leaders are like that, but overall, not a good experience for me.
