      I had a great supervisor

      HR isn't interested in resolving or even investigating issues. They assume the initiating party is correct and ignore the facts. There is no official, written process, and everything is done in generic terms.

      Pros

      This company is great for an individual who likes being put on projects alone with little to no guidance. Who also would enjoy getting belittled and gaslighted by upper management when you raise concerns about a problem. They don’t have the staff necessary to keep pursuing the work load they are targeting. Burnout is a thing.

      Cons

      They talk big about inclusion but can’t back it up. They can’t seem to wrap their head around that “baptism by fire” may not be the right mentality to have especially with the new generation.
