      Pros

      The pay is competitive relative to the market when you add in the 401k matching, stocks, and bonuses. My experience with my manager has been overall great in that the primary concern is final product and efficiency and the small details in between can be smoothed out such as hours and time you come and go as long as you communicate it clearly.

      Cons

      It is competitive but not great in pay. Not as much training available as what I feel is needed to be as effective in my position.

      Pros

      Meet new people, mid to high-profile projects. Not much else

      Cons

      Low salary they blame on the ESOP. The ESOP is "free money" you have to roll over to a retirement fund if you don't want to get taxed at a high rate for taking it in cash early. Bonuses are reduced if you work "too much" overtime. toxic work work environment
