Pros

If you are a new graduate recently coming out of college this is one of the best places you could ever land on. This is a company focused on giving you all the tools needed to grow, they are constantly trying to push you to be better and learn more and more, even the company itself is growing at an astonishing pace, which opens the field for new employees to actually be able to do a career inside the company. Overall it has an awesome work enviroment.

To be honest, none that I can think of.

Lots of creative freedom given to product development. Lots of free food. Casual work environment. Coworkers were all nice.

Cons

No raises given after 2 years. Inflexible work hours.
