Enjoyed working there. Strictly day shift, and weekends off!!

Cons

Hourly pay is substandard for a class a cdl driver. Nice job in between jobs.

Due to LKQ's business model the company may have an off year or two but unless something catastrophic happens internally it's not going anywhere.

Cons

From an IT prospective they pay WAY below the national average. (In the Nashville market at least.) At times there were disconnects in communication from the managers to the teams or individual workers. This caused trust issues.
