Pros

LKQ is a great company to work for, with wonderful, friendly people to work with. I only worked at LKQ for a short period of time, but the only reason I left the company was because I was moving. Working for LKQ was a great learning experience and a great way to start my career.

Cons

There are no cons that I experienced in my short time at LKQ.

Grill outs and monthly lunches for close covered. Flex scheduling time off. Pay and benefits were good. Environment that understands that family is important. Potential to grow with company.

Cons

Too much shuffling around of districts... hell people moved to new cubes about every half year, too. PTO policy is among the worst I've seen out there. Top down communication overall needs to improve.
