Pros

Lunch Credit There has been a dog in the office

Cons

"AVP" level leadership is an actual joke. Inexperienced people who do not know how to manage customers, or manage employees. I'm not sure how these people got in these fake positions, but they are causing massive churn both internally for employees, but also with customers. They do not know the meaning of the word strategic, and don't speak kindly of any customers, other then they are learning how to be difficult. The co-founders are no better, speak very ill of all of their employees as well as their clients. Do not take feedback well, no training or career development, thinks everyone is replaceable. The technology seems like all smoke and mirrors and is run by people sitting in India. This is one of the worst cultures I have ever been apart of. If you try to voice any concern you are gaslit by management and straight up ignored by the CEO. The culture is run on secrecy and fear, there is no transparency or collaboration. Like all the other reviews continuously mention, this place is a revolving door, no one that is good or has any real experience stays.

Pros

Everyone on my level that I worked with was always super collaborative, willing to lend a hand. There were a lot of opportunities to learn.

Cons

1. Unfair Compensation: Eulerity does not pay fair market value for their talent. Raises can only be discussed at your year review - and everyone pretty much gets the standard 5% raise. When you're already paid under market value this can feel like a slap in the face. When you bring to leadership's attention that you're paid under market value, they call you ungrateful (in so many words). They will continue to lose talent because of this. Leadership won't listen and isn't transparent: This place always felt very secretive and there's no insight on the direction the company is heading. When employees would ask for an HR department, senior leadership would ask why (and eventually hired a pt Freelance HR person, who was close personal friends with the CEO). When feedback was given leadership would always ask who gave the feedback, which led employees to feel that if they were honest they would be met with some form of retribution. There were a lot of areas that would have been helpful to give feedback about, especially toxic behaviors at the top. Increase in office days on a whim: Don't trust them when it comes to in person days. They will tell you one thing and then two weeks later it will be another. I don't know if it is incompetence or malignance but not giving employees any time to plan for large changes to their life is irresponsible and inconsiderate. Additionally, in person rules only apply to a few-- if you're a certain level of leadership, you can ignore the rules. Don't ask your employees to do something that you're not willing to do yourself. PTO: "Unlimited" PTO has a full guidelines document-- please just call it what it is which is 4 weeks a year (that you're HEAVILY) discouraged from taking.
