      Pros

      Great pay and good mid level associates. Very talented people work in lower level roles.

      Cons

      Once a great company the new CEO Brad Southern and executive leadership are unethical liars only interested in total loyalty to their stock price increases. There is no future here. They systematically fire people with over 15 years experience with a track record of performing. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES.

      Wages and benefits. Nothing else is good about l.p. I have to keep writing to 20 words. I have nothing good to say about lp

      Everything is a con about l.p.. management is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing can't plan anything. I think a group of monkeys could do better.
