      Pros

      Pay is good, definitely have job security, benefits.

      Cons

      Can be long hours and corporate will drive you crazy. The management team can't communicate at all. New Plant Manager is completely clueless, lies a lot and is never, ever there. But he pretends to be involved when he's not watching YouTube videos on trucks.

      The company has down a nice job of hiring great people. They keep the wheels churning and making sure things get done. Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Ineffective managers get away with being bad managers. This sets a bad precedent for the rest of the organization and brings down morale.
