Business Outlook
Pros
Convenient location. For the type of business they do they don't force religion down your throat, but it certainly helps if you're active in your church. Decent salary and benefits for a small company.
Cons
Not a very "diverse" workforce (LGBT workers need not apply). Politics, nepotism and favoritism (including sleeping with the boss) run rampant. New ideas (that the boss didn't think up) are not well accepted, even if it can be proven to save money, time or resources.
