Internal promotion opportunities and friendly work environment.Leadership keeps employees infromed as the the financial status of company,regularly.Employees are given tools to do their jobs and company has adopted a virtula work situation, when necessary.

Cons

presently few as company is doing what maangement said the company was going to do.maybe too many jibs going overseas for competetive reasons.
