      Beware of IT department and do your homework before you join

      Pros

      There are some very good employees who work at this organization; for some reason they can lay low and ignore the constant chaos and leader churn.

      Cons

      In particular, watch out for the IT department. Leader churn, current poor leadership and the boys club is rampant. Furthermore, it's a "gotcha" environment with even the CEO admitting "one throat to choke" when something goes wrong. It leads to the wrong people being blamed (based on politics) and the root causes are never solved. The most unfortunate part is HR signs off on the bad behavior and doesn't step in to protect employees from this predatory behavior. Culture is in the gutter.

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, work from home, work independently, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management has no realistic goals in mind and unaware of current caseloads which are unmanageable in number. Expected to work harder with higher caseloads with no real solution to increasing caseloads. No access to upper management so middle management sweeps issues under the rug.
