No work life balance, long hours, unrealistic demands. The organization does climate assessments, but then do nothing about it. It is a horribly toxic environment. There are some people there that are horrible, they treat other team members with no respect and nothing is done about their toxic behaviors. They try to do so much work with no staff, requiring 50-60 hour work weeks, working on weekends, working over holidays and still told to do more.

There are no clear roles as to what a PM and a BA does in this company in IT Infrastructure. The PMs are doing half of what the BA should be doing. The BA is used as an administrative assistant and is not respected. If you are a trained BA, I would stay away from working with infrastructure as you will not be writing requirements, user stories or test cases. Instead you just need to do what you are told to do. No project plans are written for projects. You will not be involved in any weekly status meetings, tasks or helping achieve milestones.
