Pros

Work from home, landline and internet reimbursement, many medical and insurance benefits available.

Cons

Pay rate is below average causing high turn-around rate. Have to deal with with being yelled at and called names by clients without being able to defend yourself. When there is no work, you have to try to make up your time and/or use up your vacation time if you want a full 40-hr paycheck. If you offer to take the rest of the day off using PTO when there is no work, you will be docked points which can lead to reprimand. Too many points racked up can cause termination.

Pros

Casual office. Work from home benefit. Location close to airport, hotels, and restaurants.

Cons

there are no set guidelines as to how to process your claims. management changes the process all the time and it's not in the care management best interest because you are set to expect to meet certain quality and quantity expectations. the pay does not coincide with the type of job that you do. your raises at best is 3%. you run the risk of having managers and supervisors snap on each other because everybody is so stressed you have your own peers whom also are stressed but they are complacent with the jobs that they do and so they tend to accept what is going on with the company. the system crashes multiple times throughout the day and they have yet still to implement a better system database that is more efficient and does not crash. the benefits are okay but not the greatest but it will do if you need it.
