      Pros

      Mon thru Friday shift benefits some what okay Thanksgiving turkey to all employees Community service program

      Cons

      Micro Management , employee moral very low, horrible turnover rate, the company does not care about there employees. Very little opportunity for advancement or salary increase unless you are in good with upper management. I watched too many people walk out before their training was complete.

      Pros

      Great people, good supervisors and directors, and pretty good pay. Really enjoyed working for LTCG until the latest round of management took over.

      Cons

      Lots of changes happening right now. Little to no direction from top management on the direction the organization is taking.

      Pros

      LTCG has been a great place to work for. The work/life balance is decent, but has been tough with the current growth. However the advancement opportunities are improving. Co-workers are also a pleasure to be around.

      Cons

      Pay rate can be lower for some roles, however this is changing as the company continues to grow. Also, the managers need to be held to a higher standard. They depend on others to make decisions and follow up that should be doing themselves.
