Pros

Friendly working environment. Great staff and great supervisors.

Cons

The application systems are outdated while the IT department is getting overworked and under paid. The company is not IT focused and the individuals that keep the systems running don't have the resources to keep the systems running smooth while the applications are still are being over 10 years ago.
