Remote, 401k match, that’s about it.

Cons

Leadership fostered an extremely toxic culture where priorities shifted constantly with no clear direction. The company resisted evolving even when competitors were clearly outpacing us, which was frustrating and demoralizing. Creators were starting to catch on and it made calls extremely difficult because there really wasn’t a strong reason as to why they should be using us instead of this competitor. Constant layoffs made working here feel very unsafe.
