° The company is ran by the product teams. They are constantly demanding that we cut corners, avoid writing tests, and avoid collaborating with other teammates and to just focus on releasing low-fidelity features. ° Engineers or IC (individual contributor) have barely any voice in the company. Your suggestions and recommendation would be ignored. ° If you're looking for a company in where you can grow from an IC to manager, this is not the place. At LTK, they hire all their and managers externally. They would use this as a carrot to motivate you, but it's apparently not the case. I did not see not 1 promotion in my time there while they hired several managers. ° My manager would micro-manage constantly making myself and others feel uncomfortable with questions and probing non-stop in public channels. ° Really bad at fostering collaboration and growing amongst team. ° The knowledge budget is very low, they don't care or invest in your growth. They just want your output during your time there. ° Heavy favoritism towards Staff and principle engineers.

I don’t want to repeat too much of what others have said, but it’s all true. If you care about being mentored and growing in your field I'd advise you to be cautious in applying. I'm rating the "Culture & Values" and "6 Month Business Outlook" as great because I know that's where their focus is. Unfortunately, it's an unhealthy focus. The focus that is put on everything to be on brand and keep the client-facing image pristine is unrealistic. Because they put their focus there, it will succeed. But in return, they will never change the areas that are suffering because of it.
