      WFH, fun market, embraces emerging technologies Good place to work if blonde and 20

      Cons

      Flexible PTO, yes they will talk to you if you use more than others on the team Environment of fear, gossip, CSuite plays favorites, "restructuring" several times a year, quarterly planning is never done as priorities are constantly changing from one week to the next. Its a losing battle as teams are not empowered and crucified if suggesting something in conflict with top down initiatives. Discrimination is real but they will use your photos and connections to other communities to appear diversified.

      Working with cool brands and smart clients… not sure how long it’ll last given all of them pulling their budgets.

      Cons

      The culture at LTK is toxic because everything operates in constant chaos and panic… reactive decisions, poor communication, unclear expectations, and nonstop restructures that leave even top performers feeling anxious, undervalued, and burned out. It stopped being a place where people could actually thrive. Meanwhile… ShopMy is in growth mode, building momentum, investing in talent, and creating real opportunities.
