There's a lack of clear direction as to where the company is headed. LTK does not look out for its people AT ALL and unless you work in certain departments, your experience is not at all a priority. Leadership does not hold themselves accountable for employee dissatisfaction. I have not felt heard or supported, and I think the pay is ridiculously low.
