Pros

- Great team spirit, office culture - Friendly and fun work environment, great perks - Global company, opportunities to work remotely from different offices - Flat hierarchy, encourages innovation and accountability - Great product and service offering

Cons

- Internal communication across all global office could improve - More pro-active updated on developments and changes - Young and friendly team but majority is junior, more experienced staff could help improve and implement more globally aligned processes

great product, leadership, perks and culture

Pros

- Company invests in development and training. - Global company, opportunities to work remotely from different offices. - Best culture, friendly colleagues, teamwork and values. - Flat hierarchy, encourages innovation and accountability. - Great product and service offering.

Cons

- Job can become a bit repetitive, depending on what team you are on, if you are not in the HQ your options to change career development are very limited. - Communication can improve, being all centralised in Dallas, you might not be looped in all developments. - Team is friendly and hard working, however mostly very junior. Bringing more experienced members would be beneficial.
